STEP 1: Click The "Add to Cart" Button

Click on the "Add to Cart" button and complete the payment process. Printing Depo uses the PayPal payment system to complete sales transactions. This does not mean that you need a PayPal account to complete the payment process. If you do not have a PayPal account you can choose the continue link at the left of the checkout screen next to the visa and mastercard symbols. If you do have a PayPal account you can choose to log into your account to complete the transaction.

If you have additional Business Cards to order you have 2 options. The first is to add extra purchases in the product cart before you check out. The second is to click the "Add to Cart" button again until the desired amount is reached.

From the drop down menu make sure to choose the background color of the business card. Available colors are as follows:

STEP 2: Email Sent to You

A Printing Depo customer service representative will then be assigned to your order and they will send you a confirmation number within 24 to 48 hours. You will also be emailed and informational packet that you will need to fill out according to the specifications of the style that you chose. The appropriate files according to the correct specifications will also need to be included in this email. No zip files will be accepted.

STEP 3: Specifications

The correct specifications for STYLE BC003 - "AREA 2" location:

  • 1.4" x 2" file with a resolution of 300 dpi
  • jpeg or tiff file formats in CMYK space

The correct specifications for STYLE BC003 - "AREA 1" location:

  • 0.5" x 1.9" file with a resolution of 300 dpi
  • jpeg or tiff file formats in CMYK space

STEP 4: Proof Approval

A final proof will be sent to you via email. You must respond to this email with the following text: "PROOF OKAY. GO TO PRINT."

STEP 5: Printing

If the delivery location is in the free service area your order will go to print.

If the delivery location is out of the free service area then a final email will be sent for the final payment of the shipping to your location. After this is settled then your order will go to print.

STEP 6: Delivery

When your order has been printed then we will send you an email with your tracking number and ship your product.

STEP 7: Thank You

You receive your product and enjoy the benefits of Printing Depo. Thank you for your order.
